Swiss government

FDFA/SECO:

The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) provide useful information for enterprises about the Swiss National Action Plan for the Implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (NAP) on their websites. This platform also contains valuable information for small and medium sized enterprises (SME).

Open-ended intergovernmental working group on transnational corporations and other business enterprises with respect to human rights (OEIGWG):

In 2014 the United Nations Human Rights Council established a working group mandated with the task to elaborate an international legally binding instrument on transnational corporations and human rights.
